Echinacea has been used for virus infections such as the common cold and flu. It is used to strengthen the immune system.
Boneset has been used by Indian for all fever-producing illnesses such as influenza, cholera, dengue, malaria, and typhoid.
Burdock root has often been used to purify the blood by removing toxins that can build up in blood. Traditional Chinese healers used burdock root in combination with other plants to make cures for colds, measles and throat pain.
Ginger has been used to help treat the common cold, flu-like symptoms, headaches, and painful crams.
Tulsi is strongly advised in Ayurveda,for a person suffering from colds or fever.
Nettle leaf has antihistamine properties that may help reduce allergic symptoms such as sneezing.
Cinnamon is traditionally used by many ancient cultures for relieving symptoms of colds and flu and has remarkable anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties.
Chamomile has anti-inflammatory agents that help with runny nose and sore throat.

Add freshly boiled water over the blend, cover and steep for 15 minutes. use 2 tsp. per cup of water. you can add raw honey to taste.
